In a bizarre partnership that challenges traditional expectations, the game developer has revealed an digital collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the acclaimed anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.
Strange Questline Revealed
According to the formal announcement, "A strange meeting draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where hints of banned practices and terrifying changes reverberate through the obscurity." The storyline features a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with venturing into the Gemstone Grottoโa important location from Attack on Titanโto rescue her companion from a hidden sect.
The questline concentrates on "strange tests and a monstrous enemy" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Settings and Changes
The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview finishes with a dramatic scene showing a character, probably the hostage, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
